Richard has been practicing law since 1969, having graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School.  Richard's practice includes representing individuals and businesses who are engaged in transactions and who are litigating disputes In a wide variety of subjects including business, contracts, corporations, partnerships, residential and commercial real estate, homeowner associations, trademarks and equine law, among other subjects.  Richard is also an experienced arbitrator and mediator.
